Thank you all so much, its been a long journey and I had plenty of set backs but it definitely pays off to DIG DEEP, and push forward! I've found so much inspiration in these threads, and was often the only thing that kept me motivated. I'm more than happy to give some back, if anyone needs any help or just another online…

Can I join in? I'm 5'1" and weigh in at 141ish, seems the scale is always hovering between 141-142 lately :mad: I've lost 64lbs so far and have more then a few lbs to go :smile:
