Hi Sharon! I might just have to pick up some almond milk cause a chocolate milkshake sounds delish lol  I did P&B this morning too, I burned 190 calories and I have to admit I'm loving the hybrid of Insanity & LM.. I felt so sore this morning even before I did P&B. I get the feeling this is just what my body needed…
-
Yw! I also have asthma, and I do LOTS of cardio (I've done 4 rounds of Insanity & currently doing a hydrid of Les Mills & Insanity)... I always use my inhaler before I start my workouts and its helped me get through it without having to stop due to a bad attack. You might wanna try that and see if it helps you at all
-
GO SHARON!! 429 Calories is an awesome burn! I might have to order those extra workouts somewhere down the road  I haven't tried Shakeology yet but a Beachbody coach sent me a sample of the Chocolate one in the mail today, so I can't wait to taste it. Do you use regular milk in yours?
-
While I don't drink nearly as much as you do (I drink about 1 1/2 Cups in the a.m) I could NEVER give it up... Maybe u could taper off alittle at a time?
-
You look amazing @ 155 girl!.. So you are going to look KILLER @ 125!! Btw, we're the same height lol
-
Try to get a new battery for your HRM as soon as you can. MFP always over estimated my calories burned during my workouts.. But of course I didn't realise this until I bought my 1st HRM

Thanks for sharing this!!

WOW Tina! You look INCREDIBLE!! Look at all that definition, you've inspired me to stick with my new strength training routine! CONGRATS on your success!!

Hey everyone, today was cardio day so I did Insanity Max Cardio and I'm super sore right now (but in a good way lol) @ Jataijah, I LOVE Insanity, I've done 4 rounds of it & I've lost over 25 lbs and a RIDICULOUS amount of inches from all over my body.. Especially my tummy  It's just as INSANE as the name implies but…

You're doing great Sharon, it happens to all of us! I'm sure you'll fit it in when u get the chance. I did P&B this morning and followed it up with a few more ab exercises from JM 6 week 6 pack. Tomorrow, I'll be doing an Insanity workout my cardio, & my plan is to do Les Mills on Mon, Wed & Fri and Insanity on Tues &…

I am

^^ I agree!^^ By making small changes was the ONLY way I was able to stick with my weightloss and make it a lifestyle change... I've lost 72 lbs by taking it little by little. *In the beginning, my only exercise was walking and it DID help me start losing! Good luck! You CAN DO IT Dorothy!!
-
I do!
-
I lost a total of 72 lbs without stepping foot in the gym... I started off slowly with using my treadmill, I moved on to 30 day shred (never finished that one) and finally I started doing Insanity, which I completed 4 rounds of. Of course while I was working out, I changed my eating habits, no more fried foods & no soda.…
-
Thanks, I definitely will! No, I got the basic package so I plan to throw in some Insanity or Insanity Max workouts in place of the walking
-
Hey everyone  Although my plan was to start on Monday 1/30, I've been finding myself staring at the Les Mills box so earlier I gave in and did Pump Challenge lol!... I did like it, however, I felt it was wayyyy to short. I do realise this is just the introductory dvd but, just when I started to feel my heart rate…

I saw the title and thought to myself... "Are you SERIOUS?!.. I must click on this one!" Good one!
-
YUM!! I'm making it this weekend! Thanks

I always eat after I work out on my early morning workout days... If for whatever reason, I can't workout until later in the day, I make sure to give myself at least an hour after I eat to start a workout.
-
@ Sharon, you're welcome! what disc contains "Extreme Abs", I don't have that one, just "Hardcore Abs," is that workout part of the deluxe package?
-
Thanks Sharon, that makes me feel a bit better  I also have wood floors but I use a puzzle mat, its fairly thick so I don't feel any discomfort at all when doing planks/crunches. I have one that has 6 squares plus the edge pieces but I only really use 3 pieces for any ab workouts. They aren't expensive either, so…

Thanks Jataijah  Yes, I did read alot of those complaints so that might just be the reason they were changed. I'm just alittle concerned because when I put the weights on either end they spin just alittle, even with the collars securely attached.
-
Ladies you are doing great! I'll be able to join you starting Monday since I just received my package  Quick question, what do your collars look like for the weights? Mine just looks like a 2 small cylinders with the little release tab, but mine doesn't look like the one on the website…

MFP is notorious for overestimating calories. Personally, I'd rather have use my HRM because it helps me keep track of my caloric burn + it gives makes me want to push harder on my workouts. I just keep thinking, "ok I burned 435 calories on this workout, next time I want to exceed it" Stay positive!
-
^^I agree^^

Thanks for posting this!

Thank you so much for this!

I too CANNOT begin my morning without a HUGE mug of coffee.. I always use Coffee Mate powder (makes it creamy & DELISH) and I use regular sugar. It has not in any way interfered with my weight loss because I've managed to lose 72 lbs without having to give up my coffee
