Yeah it might not be accurate. You must trust your body and find the way that works for you. Use scale as a tool but the most important is the mirror. If I'm cutting I never feel full when I go to sleep nor wake up.

Well it depends, I really don't trust walking calories.. I sometimes walk over 10km and it gives me like 800+kcal and my body doesn't feel that hungry at all. So just trust your body, if you eat right and have appetite then eat

I'm serious about what I do, but could always accept support. I'm into both bodybuilding in gym and Calisthenics. They both have their benefits. I'm doing my best to hit my macros in healthy way.

Just a random link I found but I use these - http://www.shopclues.com/philips-shq3005-10-headphone.html . They're really comfortable and the sound is great!

Only reason I go to sleep, is to have breakfast :D But my favorite is 250g of cottage cheese, large banana, 15g of peanut butter (sometimes a bit sweetener). I mix them all up and it's just wonderful and takes care of my sweet tooth.

No, never trust those. One told me I have 2,3% bodyfat and that's just insane.. Maybe had like 10-12 or something :)

Drinking green tea might help, also you must know it's your brain shouting for sweets. So just take a second and breath in and out. It should go away with 15 minutes. I wonder how many carbs do you have for one day? If you can't help it, you could also have one day, which in you have something good so you wouldn't have to…
