Search with the key words "Skinny". That is what Starbucks calls a non-fat, sugar free version of their drinks. You can also order them that way (ie, iced venti skinny vanilla latte).

What I like to do is either estimate or actually measure out how many cups the recipe makes (or measure as you are adding the ingredients ie how many cups of beans ect). Anywhere I would have used ground beef. I have never noticed a difference in taste. I love turkey burgers myself. If you don't like the taste, add in some spices to liven them up. Most of the things I use ground turkey in are already flavored well. Like in casseroles, soups, stews, tacos, sloppy joes, chili, ect.

I love this site. I have used others like LoseIt and Calorie Counter, but My Fitness Pal is so intuitive and easy to use. It so easy to plan out my meals and I find myself rushing to log in my stats for the day.
