I haven't done anything yet at all. I was going to have a nice ritual with planting one of those indoor herb kits (basil, parsley, ect) you can get. But my daughter was sick with high fevers and puking all week until yesterday, so I didn't get a chance to get my materials. :(

One word. Soups! Canned or homemade. Most recipes can be frozen in individual serving to be microwaved later for a quick meal.

I am in the same boat. I do some spells and rituals during the day when no one else is home, but I have never felt comfortable doing a full moon ritual or random spell when my hubby and kids are home. I use my kitchen table for an altar and disassemble everything and keep it in a special box when I am done.

Go for it again! Watch yourself in your workout today. If it's hurting while you are doing it, slow down or do a modified for whats hurting. You need to take days of rest in between because you are training your heart, lungs, bones, and muscles to learn to do something with a higher intensity. I would assume the coffee to have 5 cal or less per 8oz serving. I just skip recording black coffee because I deem it a "free" food. Whatever. So I would measure the amount of milk (and sweeteners but you didn't use any) and record that.

Be forewarned. Jillian is big into cardio with jumping and hopping (jumping jacks, butt kicks, ect), which I wish I would have known about beforehand because it flared up my shin splints. Still LOVE the DVD and recommend it, but be aware. :)
