I use Vitiman E oil with firm lotion right when I get out of the shower. It works. start walking. Walk for 20 mins, then start increasing your walks. This sounds all mental. Get out there and get moving. you can do it. just start small

seriously, there is none, unless you make it. like with any food unless you make it, there is no 100% knowing whats in it, and ho many calories. But if you must, steamed chicken and veggies. brown rice, sauce on side, but easy on the sauce

tomorrow is my 7th week. I love it! it doesn't get boring b/c you are doing something different eachday. And each week you find your self pushing to get better, stronger. Do write down reps/weights/ it helps you to push further. I love that he has a good long stretch before each workout. And seriously, do not eat 1 1/2…

Oh well that isn't too bad. You just need to educate your self on foods. Start looking at your labels, compare foods at the store. The same turkey bacon would have different fat/salt/calorie intakes-find what is best for you. Write out a list of what you usually eat, then another list of alternatives. for example if…

drink some juice, or what ever your detox says. Stay busy, but dont exercise. go shopping, or get a pedi, play a video game, read, call your friends on the phone, etc. just dont think about not eating...

I noticed if I eat pasta over 1/2 cup i'll gain. I stay away from pasta, or if I am going to eat it, I do a lot of cardio!
