i dislike my scale too. i find it best to weigh my self around the same time in the morning. your weight can shift all day, up or down.

YES, you must eat after working out. anything with high protien. take a protien shake with you, or a protien bar, string cheese, you get the point. just something for your body to recover

i just posted the same thing..i kind of have a clue. So we are allowed 1200 calories, you burn lets say 300 calories, you get that number back. Look at your NET on your food diary. That is what someone told me. im still kind of confused, but i hope i helped a little

kroger, if you have one there in your area has these 30 min ones. 1 tbls is 25 calories, I just used them tonight for our steaks. I put at least 2 tbls in a zip lock bag, soak for 2 hours or so, comes out great

I have to wear two bras to work out in. I have towear like a bra looking type then with the support one tub top bra to control that "one huge boob" look plus a shirt that has a control top...sucks..i try so hard to lose my boobs too....

my little one was the same. I used to pick her up while lying on my back and bench....her lol their like what 12 15 pounds? try doing a few reps of course making silly faces. It will be fun for both of you. put your child in a play pin with some toys and work out right there...
