30DS is what got me back into working out. Once I stuck the full 30 days, I knew I could do anything. I've then completed P90x, Brazil Butt Lift. Right now I'm back doing 30DS a 3rd time because it works. Next on my list is Turbo Fire, then Insanity.

split a plate with someone, ask for the dressing on the side. Make sure you workout before you go out to eat or the mall...

i am in! i am new to zumba and i love it! I go to the YMCA and take classes 3 x's a week, and i just bought zumba 2 on the wii, so much fun! this is my second week of doing this and i already notice a change in my body.
