Sounds great!.. My dress fit like a dream when i got it back in May! it was a little snug the last time i tried on the sample... in october... lol.. try working in car sales.. its land of people ordering out... and grabbing the last slice of pizza after moving cars in the snow etc... i've just been really accountable for what i'm putting in my mouth.. tracking my calories.. and i cheat too.. everyone has their moments but if your 80/20 you will loose weight! drink LOTS…

yea just get back on track.. i took a few days off here and there due to calves bothering me... but today and yesterday i did about 60ish minutes of cardio at the gym 4.5-5 miles.. and i shred when i got home. started level 2 yesterday and hate it already. lol the v- strength move with palms up is a killer with 5 pound…

I did my run on Sat per usual.. didn't shred my last 2 days of level one.. but i'm moving onto level 2 today... going to run tues/ thurs/sat and shred those days too.. my moms 50th bday is on Sunday so i'll be going to jersey saturday night to go to her party... so no exercise sunday..
