work at pizza place a few days a week.. everything looks and smells amazing everyday... but i bring home a salad on most nights.. and 1 night a week i bring home a small pizza for me and the bf. just practice a little self control and you will be fine!

How is everyonedoing today!? I am on W4D2 of C25k and I know i was only supposed to run 3 mins, 5 mins, 3 mins, 6 mins.. but at 6 mins I still felt good and i ran for an additional 14.5 minutes!!! it felt so good!! i will be running 3 days a week and doing 30 day shred everyday.. so it will work out to around and hour work out 3 days a week and 30 mins approx. every other day.

I can't even remember when i was 125... but currently 144... i was 130 back in 2009 and havne't seen the 130s since 2010... I'd like to get to 125 but the end of the year... pref by summer... but idk if that will happen.

how about a different sports bra? or wearing a regular bra with a sports bra ontop? i have both done and that is what i do and have no issues.

want to hear something weird? i way myself int he morning naked after i go to the bathroom... but a few times i've weighed myself again after getting out of the shower and been down even a half pound more... WHAT IS UP WITH THAT! lol

I've been pondering this myself.. i've been walking 3.5 and running at 5-5.5 and wondering if that was fast enough but it seems i'm not the only one who is doing that.

I'm 25 and I agree.. comepltely... we had the black simple drape and were allowed to submit 1 picture of us with our friends or w/e.. but i wouldn't ever let my daughter have a bathing suit picture etc in a school year book.. to each their own.. and your daughter is gorgeous it just wouldn't fly for me.. or my mother…
