try for everyday... 30 day shred.. and run Tues/Thurs/Sat... usually at night after work... 430ish.. wed/friday// 8:30pmish and saturday whenever i wake up from my slumber.. same with sunday if i dont take it off.

i did it.. well 4 weeks of it.. then i was magically able to endure 20 minutes on thruesday and then saturday i doubled that time.. really does help with endurance.. i did the reatmill version.

day 3 last night... day 4 today... not as stiff today.. can actually sit ont he toliet without falling lol... yay painful tight leg muscles.

Happy Thursday! Today is my running and shred day.. I pulled something in my right calf at some point between Tuesday or my work out last night.. iced it and took some ibprofin right after my work out so going to try to trudge through tonight... they are def right.. if you can push through day 3 it gets better.. i was sooo…

My legs are so sore i almost fall everytime i stand up from my office chair lol

did day 2 after running almost 4 miles last night... calves and thighs hurt so bad couldn't do any of the squats or lunges but did all of the abs/strength.. and some of the cardio since i already ran a bunch. lol

I ran my 40 minutes.... total of 50 minutes after cool down 3.85 miles almost didn't make 10 minutes cause my legs and calves are so sore from the 1st day of shred.... and I did the shred after.. did all strength movements and abs.. only some cardio cause i already ran so much and my legs are so sore i couldn't do any of…

For those of you who aren't my friend on MFP i had an NSV on Saturday!! Ran @ 5 mph for 40 minutes!! 3.60 miles in 45 minutes... Looks like I am going to be okay for the 5k on 3/24!!.. So buy buy c25k "program" i'll be running my 5k three times a week now :).. starting the dreaded shred today.. Happy Monday!
