CLASSES! I love them, I'm canceling my gym membership cause its boring!.. go with a friend.!

What if your a lazy, keg and jello shots camper lol... I should probably bring turkey burgers/rice cakes/some fruit or veggies/ etc.

Under 100 a week usually for my boyfriend and I... but we eat out and I'm not home a few dys a week lol

I did just over 8 miles between yesterday and today doing incline on the CrossRamp.. :)... Hope I can make my 50 by the end of the month!

My goat is 50 miles.. I started last week... I will def. have to move it on weekends since I started a little late.. and I use an arch trainer which only gets me a little under to just over 2 miles a work out. I'm going to try to make up some extra miles tomorrow though! :)

I love fish! i would eat tons more if my boyfriend did too.. its hard witht him, though he does eat, chicken/turkey/pork and lean cuts of beef too. I more have a hard time wtih sides then the actual main dish. Might try the mashed cauliflower though!

i make mine with splenda... :).. fresh at home... i wouldn't get them out.. and i use a diet sprite or something to give it the little extra sweetness is lacks from the sugar :)

Hello fellow riders.. please tell me everyone on the east coast went out on a ride yesterday or saturday.. both days were beyond gorgeous! I only got out for about an hour yesterday but it was soooooooo great!

I was wondering the same thing since I bartend and wait tables.. but someone told me to just up my lifestyle from sedentary to ..slightly active or something... so you get more calories.... idk.

My garage door broke last night with my bike inside :( mehhh.. its gorgeous wish i rode my bike to work.. but didn't want to fuss with the garage door.. and since i just got it.. the more i ride the better and more confident i'll get.

Can't wait to get out of the office so i can take the back way home tonight! Thats it?! Only 3 of us ladies.

I have it for WII its really fun but i think that doing it with a class would be much more fun.
