Try replacing some of your items that you'd want that are carbs. For instance, last night, I wanted mash potatoes to go with my steak but instead I made my own version of mash potatoes with califlower. It was delicious!

I quit about almost 2 years ago and I put on 45 lbs. I didn't realize how much I depended on cigs for everything. I've only lost 5 lbs out of the 45 but I'm hoping that I lose at least half by this year...hopefully more but its tough. I still to this day crave cigs but I tell myself that its not worth it for sooo many…

Don't be discourage. I was told by my trainer that it takes almost a month to see true results. Don't obessed with the scale and just focus and continue to do what you've been doing! I just bought the Dukan Diet book a couple of days ago...from what I've read so far, it seems pretty doable. When you log onto the dukan website, it'll tell you how many days or weeks you should be on each phase (there are 4 in total).
