Was the cheese warm? I have a bad reaction to heated cheese. Apparently, there's an enzyme in heated cheese that can upset people's tummies. Eggs also upset my tummy, but that's just me. The reaction is usually instant.

I hope this isn't too late to say hello, but better than never. I'm in Bethlehem and wanted to say hello to someone nearby! :)

I enjoy taking long walks and swimming. In winter I still go out to shovel and build snowmen. (I'm a kid at heart.) I was thinking of waking up a half hour early every day for a walk before my morning shower. (4:30AM!)
