  • Yes that sounds fine! If you have no swelling you're probably fine to do it sooner.
  • You should be fine for cardio as long as you wash it and use your ointment straight after! You might want to avoid strength training, particularly training your arms/upper body, for a few days because new tattoos can swell a little.
