I pretty much survive my classes on skinny hazelnut lattes. I get a grande and the main nutrition facts are: Calories: 120 Fat: 0 g Protein: 12g Carbs: 19g Sodium: 170mg Calcium: 40% Plus they taste absolutely delicious :) or if you get them iced it's obviously less and also just as tasty!

I'm 20 and had some unhealthy eating habits in high school and originally joined MFP back then to track cals. Now I use it to make sure I'm in a healthy weight loss calorie range because I'm still super self conscious and would like to lose some body fat without dipping back into old habits.

I'm 5'8" and I think I'm around 120 (haven't weighed lately- TOM) and my jean size is a 0-1 at most places. But I have worn the same size while my weight has varried from 103-125 so I must hold weight in a strange way.

Definitely! I really want a nose job and maybe a breast lipoinjection (where they take fat from other parts of your body and inject it into your boobs)

I'm 5'8" and about 115. Size 0 or xs. Not sure on body fat percentage but I'd love to get that measured since that's basically what I'm working on.

In reply to quite a few people, I do eat lots of protein and fats. I am for around 100g of protein and 50-60g of fats a day. Also, I've been instructed by my doctor that I need to eat every 2-3 hours due to low blood sugar and lots of other problems, so I can't stop with the constant eating. And I do drink lots of water…

Yes I have checked my BMR and TDEE. BMR is around 1350 and TDEE is like 2100. But I always get confused about what to do from there. I heard if you subtract 500 from your TDEE is good to lose a pound a week so that's what I tried to do. I've heard raising cals is good to get over the plateau also which is why I am asking.…

I really like Yoplait Greek yogurt. There's lots of really great flavors, my favorites are black cherry, vanilla, strawberry, and mixed berry. They're each only 100 calories too :)

My dad owns the subways in my area so I eat there a lot. I usually do a turkey, ham, chicken, egg white, or a combo of a few of the above. I get this on wheat bread and have them scoop out the insides of the bread to take away a lot of calories and carbs. As for dressing I get a tiny bit of oil or mustard. But usually…

This just shows how off BMI really is, I've never been in the healthy range of it. I'm 5'8" and I've always been in the "underweight" section of it but my doctors have always told me that I'm healthy, even with a BMI of 16. It really just depends on your body's structure.

I had that about two weeks ago! Check all of your measurements from now on. My weight is just going down, and still higher than normal. But my measurements are a little smaller. I'm guessing mine was a little muscle gain with a lot of water retention. Just keep doing your best and the weight should go away!
