  • I work CRAZY late hours on the weekends, and I started a day behind everyone, so I'm on day seven, but I took a day off this weekend in place of being on my feet all day at work! Today I did all of level one and half of level two......it felt good!!!
  • Oh my gosh!!! Two a day would be a killer! I think instead I would do a little more running (maybe try 1 1/4 miles!) and add some ab work (think 100 crunches) and some push-ups! I'm sure that would be the perfect solution to getting a good 25-30 minute workout in without the video!! Have a blast!!!
  • Maybe you should consider a good breakfast, protein, and a multi-vitamin! I NEVER feel like I have the energy to do the Shred but I force myself to do it every day (On day 7 today, did L1 and half of L2) and I am always happy that I did it afterwards!!!

  • I'm a day behind but did day four this afternoon. I'm able to make it all the way through without modifications (except I do girly pushups!) and my calves are the only things that are killing me!   • I bought TurboJam at a yard sale and I absolutely love it! It's not too hard, not too easy, and tons of fun! Also, I highly reccomend trying Zumba. I do it at home and I think it's a blast!
