First off, Congratulations! I would suggest waiting to start WW until about the 3 month because by then your milk supply is established and Bf'ing also gets easier by that point too. Pumping is good but it not as efficient as the baby. Also pumping will also lead you to produce more milk which is good for storage and for…

I heard P90x is pretty intense, hence why I have held off on doing it while bf'ing, but that is just me. I would wait until your milk supply evens outs which happens around the baby's 3rd month. I always ate based off of hunger too when I breastfed and made sure my snacks were almost like a mini meal.

I  mocha frappes!! I must try this! Thanks for sharing!

I feel the same way as you do with my 2 year old. I also know I am a way better parent when I workout for 5 days a week but sometimes to make it to the gym 3 times is enough. I feel bad dropping my son off in child watch every day while I work out even though he loves playing with the other kids. I'm still learning how to…

This sounds good! Please count me! I am having an issue with staying under my calorie count so it this will be a good challenge to achieve.

Seriously how could I have missed this thread! Yay! I am SAHM to a busy 2 year boy. I am also a military wife to a fabulous & hot man  He gets paid to stay in shape which is SO not fair...I want to get paid. That would be fabulous motivation! We've been married for 6 years and live in California! We love it…

Maybe try eating 5 small meals a day, so including your meals have two good snacks that consists of a protein (hard boiled egg, string cheese etc) & carb (which fruit/veggies count). I find that this helps me out a ton cause I don't let my body go too long in between meals, especially when I am working out regularly.

Congrats!! That's awesome!

I would love to join! I started doing it in April and for some reason cannot get past the 4th week. This will be awesome motivation! Good luck to every one whose starting it! And I think the thread should roll. it might be easier to find. :)

I actually didn't change my eating habits when I breastfed my son and the weight did seem to fall of naturally. The first 3 months of bf are important because you are still establishing your milk supply so don't do anything too drastic as far as limiting your calorie intake. I ate about 300 calories over my daily intake…

I would love to be apart of this challenge! I am lacking in the motivation department so I definitely need a swift kick in the butt!
