Being happy with the way I look. I'm still unhappy since I've gained 50 pounds in the past 2 years.

I don't consume too many calories either, I'm always under. I burn 480 to 800 calories a day exercising. Which allows me more calories to eat. Instead of empty calories I always think of clean eating, drink plenty of water and snack on healthy things.

Wow, you look great. I'm still I n the process of losing my excess fat, Burt I also started doing a bit of strength training, mainly push ups and sit ups.

I gained forty pounds in a years time, due to eating late and then falling asleep. Now I eat my dinner at 6 pm then close the kitchen. Plus I wasn't working out at all just stressed everyday.

I grill some white meat chicken, 3oz, shred it and mix with green onions cilantro cucumber and jalepenos then wrap it up in romaine lettuce.
