If you are set as sedentary, you are supposed to eat them back. If you're set at active, mfp is giving you more calories, so no don't think you are supposed to eat them. This is exactly why I love Intermittent Fasting!! I'm not hungry in the morning so I don't eat. My eating window opens up in the afternoon and I get to eat up until I fall asleep every night (if I want to!) It's a lovely concept, especially for night bingers :)

I don't know...I've been eating all the bread and have lost 45 lbs in 7 months. I don't think you need to avoid it, but if you are good with it, and it's working for you, carry on!

I eat it...because I like it! I don't see anything wrong with it, unless for some medical reason you aren't supposed to be eating bread. And if that's the case, I feel for ya! Love bread :)

I ended up adjusting my settings to sedentary and eat back my exercise calories as needed. I stupidly used the calories burned per mfp estimations for like a month...totally sabotaged myself! That's why I had to change up my settings.

Amazing progress!! Whenever I am feeling unmotivated I always read the success stories! Gets me every time! Just remember, we can't be perfect all the time! And everyone goes through this at some point. Take it back to the basics, buy yourself something pretty, and hang in there!!! You got this :)

I set my mfp to sedentary, and then eat my exercise calories as needed. Some days I eat none of them, some days I eat all of them! But I'm in the process of losing some serious lbs...

Do you not ever eat at restaurants? It's just a meal. I think you are way over stressing. If you have this much anxiety about eating at a restaurant, you may want to request a different location for your date.

I have had 2 c sections. I was in the 290s for both. I'm 217 today! I will tell you, my stomach looks soooo much better! I think it will always be an issue for me, but by comparison? It's a major improvement! Hoping it will look better and better as I get closer to goal.

My heart rate goes up (by a lot) when I jog...which means more calories burned...I honestly have no idea if it burns more fat lol! I feel like I read somewhere that high intensity/shorter duration burns more fat than low intensity/longer duration...but don't quote me on that ;)

I actually don't weigh my food. And never will! I refuse to weigh everything I eat for the rest of my life. It's just not something I am interested in doing! LOL that being said, when in doubt? Overestimate.
