I would recommend measuring yourself, sometimes you loose inches instead of weight and sometimes you loose the weight "fat" inside your body before it shows on the outside, but I wat you to hold your head up high and KEEP GOING! YOU are WORTH it!!!!!

just go under the tools tab up top and click on tickers, it should walk you through the steps to make one then copy the whole code for forums and go into settings tab when you are under home and after you click settings, go to edit signature, there you can right click and paste the code and click save.

Pack your own basics!!!!!!!!!!!! Like little bags of rice crackers, celery and carrot, Bring low fat/non fat yogurt,splenda, Oatmeal for breakfast. SO, I have been nicotine free now for 24 hours. I like this 14mg patch. So far its working. Also after much thought, I'm going to lower my goal for Halloween to a more realistic number. Now I want to loose 45lbs. Which will then put me under 300lbs!
