I've had chocolate with a zippy flavor when I was in Mexico. In fact most of there chocolate seemed like that and really bitter. It totally explains why my mexican husband does not like our chocolate. LOL I know where to get that kind of chocolate and getting ready to go pick some up.:smile:

She was told not to worry about her calories and she doesn't she only counts carbs and gets 16 a day and I don't even come close to 16 carbs a day. I'm not complaining about not eating carbs, I'm not a pasta or bread person anyways. I'm just jealous that she's losing a lot more easier than I am.

Well my sister and I are about the same weight. The only difference is that she is now pregnant and they are concerned about gestational diabetes so they had her meet with a nutritionist and this food plan was designed. I really don't understand this carb thing. My sister was just put on a food plan that has her counting her carbs and she is dropping pounds crazily. I can take carbs or leave them, that's why I was wondering if this works and if anyone is doing it. This pamphlet was given to my sister by a registered dietitian when my sister was told that if she doesn't take weight off she will definitely be type II diabetic soon. Just wondering what people think about this is all.

So 40 lbs lost by December 7th sounds more reasonable. LOL, I just need a date and a weight .... something to work for....motivation. I just think I will work harder if there is a deadline but I don't want it an unattainable, that won't do me no good other than bring me down. Thanks everyone.
