  • I just found the cutest suit. It looks like a lil summer dress...and it has elastic that goes over your tummy to flatten and has the bottoms attached to it... I should probaby post a picture... its really cute and looks nice on... covers just enough but doesnt look like a moomoo either...

  • Hi millili...(i think I spelled that right) lol I also find it hard to fit in an hour work out.... so what I do is... at work on my 1st break I walk for the 10 minutes (brisk) then my lunch break I get 30 minutes for lunch so I walk very fast with weights all over the area close to work then when I get home I do 20 minutes…

  • Sometimes I drink alot of warm tea during the day... Especially before a meal...that keeps me from eating so much and I can save a few extra calories for dinner time when I seem to be hungry the most
