squats and a stairmaster.... I do squats with weights and it is VERY effective.... I try to do the stairmaster at least 25-55minutes 5 days a week.

Ok I have been doing really well on my calories and fat grams and watching what I eat. I think of this as a lifestyle change.....not a diet... and it works for me. I still get to enjoy the foods I like.....just portioned controlled....and sometimes its a give and take... If I take some of this today then I give that up…

Its a bit bland but after a while you get use to it..... I love salt too.... Try finding other spice alternatives.... I like pepper....
