Try drinking really watered down ice tea with splenda for sweetener... I had to do that too.... I can drink water but somedays I have to do the watered down tea thing.

I havent been on a stairmaster in like....FOREVER.... I tried it a long time ago and really hated it. But Friday and Monday I decided I needed to and did 25 minutes straight. I really liked it! Its alot more work than the treadmill and I noticed I burned 2x's the calories!!!
