  • I started this yesterday too! I'm 135 pounds, girl. 5'6'' I couldn't jump that much yesterday though cause I live on the second floor and my family had gone to bed hahaha.

  • What about intermittent fasting? Like Eat Stop Eat? I've just started trying out Eat Stop Eat this week and I've fasted twice and I'll see in the end of the week if it's worked. I think it could shock the body a bit so maybe those last few pounds would give up.
  • I'm in! I weight 137 pounds. I'm not sure of how much I burn daily and it's hard counting calories because I'm still in school and get food there so I usually just try to go after hunger and try to exercise as often as I can make myself do it. I need to lose 10 pounds to feel better about myself :)
