I make a smoothie every work day - using Bolthouse Farms Mango Protein juice, 1 banana, berries of choice & about 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. Delicious, you can use any juice but be careful of the sugars and try not to use a lot! Hope this helps!

I'm still working on it... going to pump it up with some Yoga very soon. Vyiassa's are not my favorite but I'd rather do them than push-ups! If the weather prevails back to less rain, it would be great to bike ride. I prefer outdoor exercise. I'm going to look into a gym or indoor alternatives for the winter.

Yep, eventually it will all be something you do everyday! Look back in a month to see all the small changes that add up! I started with a walk on my 15 minute break, now both breaks. I would definitely be very careful eating the pasta again at all. In fact, if at all possible cut it out of your diet along with any other processed grains for 3 weeks.
