Recently I tried Multi-Grain sandwichthins (1/2) 50 cals, with a slice of tomato with salt and pepper 4 cals, and a slice of prima-della deli swiss 35 cals. Toast this in the toaster oven and it is AWESOME and filling for breakfast and snack.
