Hey Katee! I'm on it too. Day 15, been a bit less strict than I should have, but proper diet + 10k steps a day and I'm down 3kg :smile:

I've connected the two and found it works really well. It does log things like swimming and basketball more accurately after you've completed the activity (through the app). Simple, easy to follow tracking of exercise integrated into MFP for daily goals. I've not used any other trackers, but can't see a reason to switch.
