Yay thanks for all the replies - glad there are so many of us doing these DVDs. I"m on week 2 - just finished day 3. I'm only taking pictures at the end of each month and weighing myself then too. Keep it going!!!

Hi its a 3 part set of DVDs - its 90 days long - so its like doing 3 30 day shreds. I'm on part 1 which is 4 weeks - you get 5 DVDs and a plan on which DVD to use for 6 days in a row....then day 7 is a break.

I agree - I miss running so I might do 1 cardio dvd a week and 1 run a week for the cardio. I like going for a long run and zoning out! Day 4 done!.... 86 more to go :)

Do I have to do the Cardio DVD or can I substitute a few miles of running for it?
