  • Hi, I am a 20 years old female and I do 3 sets of these: 10 push ups 20 sit ups 25 squats 20 lunges (per leg) 80 jumping jacks 60 minute wall sit I then take a 3-5 minute break in between each set, I was wondering how many calories do I burn when I do all 3 sets?
