I started at 1200 cals. I'm currently at 1770. I was losing steadily at 1500. Currently i'm focused on toning and seeing my muscles pop through! I say slowly add and let your body do it's thing. :) Some people zigzag calories. Try a bunch of things until you learn what's right for you!

I am. Not only because it keeps me motivated, but because everyone on here cares more about me doing a workout than people on facebook. People probably go blah blah blah but on here they encourage me! I love this site. Yes, it's my social site as well!! And tons of people in similar situations!!

Cardio, weight training and eating healthy all combined is amazing. Anyone telling you cardio is bad or even those who are afraid of weight training are all are misinformed. Best thing you can do is take a before picture. It's the best motivation for when you are on your journey. In a month you can take another and look for yourself and see the difference your 30 day shred has done. Good luck on your journey. you will become a strong, motivated lady!!!

yes! i gain a few pounds the day before "Aunt Flow" comes for a visit. It always haunts me and then goes away when that mean lady goes away! :) Don't fret. It's normal.
