Oh, and some times you have to click "boards" not "pins" to find the results. dunno why.

Pinterest. Pinterst all. the. way. try searching meatless, vegetarian, veggie, etc. You will get massive amounts of results- some don't fit the bill calorie and nutrition wise, but I've found GREAT things on there.

Whey. Whey all the way (hahahah So punny!!) I'm a vegetarian. And ended up adding a protein supplement: isopure chocolate protein power, lots of protein but very low in carbs and fat. For serious. Plus up your veggies.

Subway Veggie Delight- Alllll the veggies except olives (just can't get myself to like them...), no cheese- Avacado in place of cheese. It's really good. But what's better is definitely making your own veggie delight on true whole grain bread. Sigh. If only it were as quick and easy :)

I was looking at your food diary after reading this post... Even when you have bad days, you still gotta eat. I mean saute some veggies in light olive oil or have a baked sweet potato or something if you feel like it went poorly elsewhere. I did the extreme cuts for a while- and I lost weight, but my face started looking…

A lot of people have said that you have to lose the weight for yourself. This is totally true. But it isn't wrong to want support from your partner. That he isn't giving it... I think that's a far bigger issue than not being supportive just in regards to weight loss. I hope so much that things improve for you!!!

I've got a pair of jeans that I recently bought- I tried them on back in the summer and they didn't even fit. Now they're just slightly tight :) Also want a bikini for the first time in.... Well, pretty much ever. I've had them before but always hidden under a shirt or towel any time I was out of the water, I want a…

Pants lie. It all depends on where you buy them. I'm 5'1 currently around 124 and I'm wearing a size 2 from the Limited. Can we say vanity sizing??? No complaints here, though. At target last time I tried on pants they were in a size 4. I'm gonna say more realistically to US sizes that I'm at 4 - 6

Sorry I've been missing inaction, but I am back now! Let's do this

Thanks so much! Though I may have destroyed that over the last few days with the way I've been eating. hahaha. I'm really gonna buckle down now and get on this new challenge. TODAY! 8 glasses of water and some serious exercising- here I come! Thanks for all the motivation, everyone. You really keep me going!

Resisted an oatmeal cream pie this morning and the fun part is that I wasn't actually very tempted... This is good news. Just wanted to share :)

Wow so much has happened since I was last on here. On the comment about your thighs not touching any more: I honestly can't remember my thighs ever not touching, sad. My family has big thighs naturally thought. I wonder if it's possible for me... I'm gonna try not to worry about it and just eat right and work out. Just…

Thanks. Ill have to find some good cereal. And I really like vegetables, I just don't buy enough of them. Also I work at a camp that provides a lot of my meals.... Just gotta make better decisions at that salad bar
-
Oooh thanks. I didn't know about the apricots thing. Guess I just need more fruits and vegetables in general, really. I'll let you all know how things are going. Thank you!

Also, let's share some recipes too!

Just Joined the spread sheet! Yay!!!! My name is Paula (not quite a secret based on my mfp name :) ), I am 5'1 and 135 pounds currently. I think my top weight has been a bit over 140 when I spent an amazing summer eating lots of heavy english foods- mmmmm butter, clotted cream (it's amazing I swear), scones, jelly, beer,…

Oooh!!! Sounds so exciting! Hope you guys have a great little getaway. I've done a recipe so far: veggie pot pie (Lots of veggies, but NOT healthy.... I made it for my mom who's been sick). That shot my sodium through the roof... So maybe my up problem has been a sodium thing. Because I'm certainly feeling trimmer. Mowed…

Also, i totally missed the three facts thing so here goes: 1) Harry Potter has been huge in my life for a solid 11 years (wow... that's kinda crazy). I was so very lucky to have a harry potter internship one summer with Magical Tours and I have a party every summer or when a new movie is released (always let the bookstore…

Alright fellow Hufflepuffers!!!! I just started on MFP a week ago today and I weighed myself today... weight is actually up. I'm a little frustrated, but not too discouraged because I know I've done well with my eating and exercising and I can already see a positive difference in my face area. What's up with that??? Water…

I like hardboiling an egg the night before (or morning of, but usually I'd rather have the extra ten minutes of sleep than the egg) and popping it in the fridge. Then in the morning, I pack that, a serving of low calorie cheez-its, a baggie of lettuce and individual humus packet (at lunch time, i put some of the humus on…

oh and I succeeded on the water part. so that's good :)
-
0 pounds lost. Don't worry fellow Hufflepuffs, it will be falling off soon :)
-
oops. sorry :) I'm 5'1, 133.5 and I'd really adore being a Hufflepuff
-
This Hufflepuff is SO IN! funny enough, most of my 10 pound weight gain during college came from a Harry Potter internship in England where I ate far too much delicious Cream, chocolate, butter, and delicious delicious beer. I can't say I regret it at all, but it's time to drop those pounds I so happily acquired.

Just did 180... I did 20 on each stair going up to stairs so I could see my progress. When I came back down the stairs, legs felt like jelly. hahaha

That is so wonderful! Congratulations!
