  • Actual weight loss is going slow for me as well, and though I'd like to see it on the scale I know it's just not going to happen right now. I'm struggling with the diet (surprise, surprise - I love food) but I'm staying pretty consistent with my workout routine thanks to Runkeeper and an energetic roommate/workout buddy. A…
  • Awesome idea for a topic since I know that between the 2 BBQs I went to (and all the subsequent leftovers I'm still wading through carefully in the fridge) I went well above and beyond the calorie count. I am severely sunburnt after shoveling 4 1/4 tons of stone to widen my driveway Monday, but everyone at work…
  • Seconding that! I love the moisture wicking capris I bought there, they're bright blue (I like bright colors for workout gear) and they are so comfortable. I find myself wearing them for yard work and whatever else I get sweaty for too, they haven't shown any sweat that I'm aware of either. Also - they eliminate the need…
  • Some Facebook people were posting that in my feed lately. They said you have to start that app with your tracking app separately so it doesn't hook into anything at this point. Just as an FYI.

  • Wow, I can see why she's your motivation! If I can get to a quarter of the things that she did in the video I'd be happy. Thanks for sharing!
  • First off congrats to you fellow brides out there! I'm getting married this December so we can certainly vent about that too if you like (wedding planning is more stressful than I thought it would be!). Thanks for inviting me - I'm a bit outside the weight right now, but hopefully won't be for too terribly long, and look…
  • Although each of our experiences being caregivers are unique, they all share the same thread of being able to reach inside to grasp the fence to rise above and do things for loved ones that you had never thought you could even do. My grandfather passed about 6 years ago, he had dementia and went downhill quicker than we…
