I like Bob Evans. They have a fit menu with lower calorie items. We never ate there much but now I like it. I got a meal the other night for about 425 calories. It was filling. Chicken, baked potato & broccoli. If I know I'm going out to eat I usually try to look up the menu before I go so I know how much to allow for that…

Yes I do and I eat these frozen ice cream (like) bars Sweet Delights I get at Walmart. They are only 14 calories each. It is a perfect filler and not many calories. They come in 3 different flavors.

I say eat it. I have been doing this a little over a month and have lost 15 pounds so far. If you deny yourself you won't stick with it. I find that when I eat more calories in one meal I tend to be less hungry for the rest of the day & then just adjust the other meals. I can usually stay within my limits and still eat…
