I hope it's water :D i'm a student who studies all the time..i go to gym twich a week and don't eat junk food...and basically i increased my calories by eating more fruits and healthy fats

I wake up very early, and stay at university from 7.30am till 7pm...i'm taking vigorous dance classes that take away all my energy...but on weekdays I can't normally sleep because i've adjusted to such an early schedule...all these days i'm literally starving, thinking about the food…

mine calories went over 2000 because I ate 4 different types of cakes! now my stomack is having not the best time.. i usually eat like 900-1100 cals a day, so this was really too much for me

hey! i'm 5'4" and 108 lbs...i have a really tiny frame so even a few pounds of my belly fat are quite annoying! i eat 1000-1200 cals a day but it doesn't give me any results! it just helps me not to gain weight..sometimes i purposely put more calories in the diary that i really ate because it would keep me from not pigging…
