My absolute favorite is Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Chocolate (unsweetened) milk!! It's so amazing! I don't drink it on its own though, I always put them in our shakes.

I can't believe how many people are eating too little then are dumbfounded that they aren't loosing weight! i just read a disturbing thread where the chick was baffled that she wasn't loosing weight, but was lucky if she was eating 1000 cals.... People seriously need to learn about BMR!

Naked! I've weighed myself with clothes on and without and there can be up to a 4 pound difference depending on what I'm wearing.

It happens to me too! So I work out at night and I have an awesome sleep. If you have a high protein meal after working out it might help.

I'm in Edmonton too! BP's will cook their Thai Chicken bites without the breading and have sweet potatoe fries :) Moxie's is very accomodating as well if you tell them you have a gluten allergy. I always get the steak sadwich without the bun with fries. Mcdonald's Thai Chicken Salad and fries. Just a few options I have…

I would guess that your blood sugar is too low when your working out or your drinking to much water. I get really sick if I drink to much while working out, so I started taking tiny sips, just enough to moisten my mouth. Eat a small snack right before heading to the gym that has protein in it. That is awesome! I have such a hard time because I'm the only person, besides my uncles wife who we never see, that is on a gluten free diet! Easter was so hard! Sometimes I sneak stuff in that is gluten free and tell them after they say its delious ;)

Maybe try adding a protein bar in as a snack or a meal replacement. You will find it will give you more energy and curb your hunger longer. As for being thirsty, I would check your sugar intake. To much sugar in your bloodstream will make you extremely thirsty and tired.
