day 9 : 100 squats DONE! :bigsmile: I didn't want to stop, so when I got tired I continued with plie squats and then back to normal squats. I get easily bored with the same exercise so I may add up more squat types from this video I saw in another post: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mGvzVjuY8SY

static forearm plank: 55 seconds yesterday was 50sec I feel a little pain in my right shoulder though ( I had tendonitis last year). Is it because I'm doing something wrong? Or should I stop the challenge? ( I don't want to :ohwell: )

I totally agree, I love my legs but not for what they look like. Of course they could be leaner and fit in smaller jeans, but there is way more to my legs than that! They make me walk, run, swim and dance. They sometimes get hurt because I demand more things from them than they can offer, but they've served me so well…
