  • i did a whole week of NO bread/rice/noodles (carbs) and NO fruits/juices included. its been great! its the type of diet youre ONLY supposed to do for two weeks. and every 4 days you DO eat carbs at every meal. but i have one more week to go and i already lost 4 pounds! i want to loose about 15 total. so im really happy!
