Totally agree -- stop thinking of it as a diet, it's a lifestyle change. If you're eating healthily, there's no reason to feel guilty. EVEN if you do slide and have that occasional junk food, it's okay! You just get back on the good eating right after. Stop beating up on yourself!

That's an awesome compliment - you are obviously very inspiring! I often think that way about so many people on MFP. I see the hard work they put in - sometimes years - toward getting the bodies they want and I think, "CRAP!! YEARS???" But so well worth it! Keep it up!

Like Barney says - donating affects everyone differently - but from my experience, I'd play tennis about 5 hours after donating and I'd feel fine. The only thing I wouldn't do is lift any weights. first - what kind of cake? was it delicious?? second - i second robertf57 - forgive yourself! we all should have a go at some cake (or mexican food) sometime and not feel like we have to beat ourselves up over it. plus - you have a great game plan for working off those calories!
