I did my first few rounds with the bands. We have a pull up stand that I was not using and loop the band over it and did pull down. I had a friend put a large eye bolt into a stud on her ceiling and she put her bands through the hole and did pull downs. (you just need to be super carefull you don't hurt yourself. ) If you…

I have done the cleanse 2 times lost 5 pounds each time. My sister has done it twice and lost 10 pounds each time. Some people are ok with just shaking the shake to mix it but I have to blend mine.

I only used mine for about 6 months of the year I had it so thats what makes it even worse..... I'm thinking I must not have gotten a good one.

I lost 66 pounds from chaning my eating habits measuring food and adding exercise into my life. It did take time and I have had some up and downs but time and consistancy with working out and better eating habits has really been the answer. With the exercise I have had to mix things up as I went along I added weight…

First thing in the morning as well here. I believe a few months ago Dr. Oz had on his show that 6:30 am is the best time to get weighed.

Your just fine substituting! The nutrition guide is just that...a guide. Substitute for the foods you don’t like or can’t tolerate. The guide is not set in stone. Keep it simple and obtainable. Stick with *Fruits *Vegetables *Whole Grains *Lean Proteins *Healthy Fats &*Supplements if your not getting all your nutritional…

Lots of good advice. I was running in Nikes and they killed me. A friend who is a runner told me to go to the running store and the analized the way I walk and run. I tried out several different ones and the New Balance ones worked the best for me. They were 108.00. Sounds like you have a place to go!!!
-
Congrats on your success so far!!!!!! That is awesome!!!!

Footlocker has cross trainers. I found the Nikes hurt my feet. I like them to wear for fun not for exercising. The new balance I got work well on the tredmill outside walking and have used them to do workouts and do ok. The Zigs I like for doing cardio higher impact workouts as they seem to absorb the shock more. I know…

I was just flat out trying to keep my calories at 1700 to1800 and was following the Marco nutrients P90X suggests for each phase. I wasn't using myfitness the first time that I did the P90X. I can tell you I don't burn 600 calories per workout! I used a heart rate monitor to track my burn. My after picture is actually my…
