I'm in. I work by km, so I understand 100km (which is 160miles). But I can do miles just for the motivation :) im starting week 2 (and I'm expecting to repeat a couple of weeks) so this will help me out. I'll add you (and anyone else). I might not make it, but I'm sure as hell going to try!

I made the mistake of only eating a banana before a high cardio class (I was running late). So I skipped eating something decent - I exercise in the morning so I normally have cereal with fruit. Hey, this is just my personal experience :-) but for me I joined up with a gym too a couple of months ago and spoke to a number of people when I did. Since I am obese, by participating in the classes/program or whatever you choose to do, I will essentially lose weight. As for muscles, I will tone up and strengthen them but…
