I used a cup of spaghetti sauce mixed with 1/2 cup philly cream cheese cooking creme (savory herb i think), baked some turkey sausage and then made 4 meals for myself out of it.. (works out to about 450 cal meal) SO GOOD! and super quick! I'm single so cooking for me is a chore :)

I bought a sewing machine, 5 foor 2 inches tall and 18 inch calves are a tough mix.. sometimes i buy Jeans to fit the leg and then take in the waist, and shorten :)

Take it out of your wristband and tap it to get into sleep mode. I've noticed my fitbit misses ALOT of steps (* k run on my Garmin this morning= about 11000 steps) Fit bit only registered 9000 steps. Anyone else have this problem?

sports bras are usually pretty ugly.. it's a fact.. When you are trying to control that much tissue you need some pretty serious engineering. My fav is a shock absorber brand with two clips in the back (more support)... and PLEASE go get properly fit :) Save the cute bras for the sassy dress on date night :)

Make sure you have good shoes!! By that i mean go to someone that knows a bit about running ( ie. running specific store) and get them to look at how you walk , and help you pick out shoes.. Happy feet = happy biomechanics = Happy Runner :)
