I wear sweat shorts and a slimming belt when I go to zumba, I think it has helped me. Yes it sheds water weight but I feel so much slimmer in those areas all together (these are my trouble areas too) they not only make you sweat but they warm your muscles for a better work out.

Hello Hoosiers!! I am Marchelle and I am from Kokomo, born and raised. I started MFP the end of April, I love this site and have been faithful to my weight loss commitment. I have lost 62 pounds and would like to lose 40 to 50 more. I have three teen daughters and a boyfriend of 7 years. I also have three chihuahuas :heart:

I think it just works out naturally, I have three daughters very close in age and honesly I think they are closer because of the age thing!

I love my coffee!! I have been trying very hard to cut down only because I love flavored creamers. I have drank coffe ongoing and it has not stopped me from losing. I of course have to log mine because the creamer.:happy:

November 5, 2011 Water drank thus far 60 oz. Walked 6 miles!!!!! Getting ready to send my totals for the week!!! I am still finishing my walk for today right after I post this. Week Total miles walked: 18.5 Week Total water drank: 748 ounces!!! GOOOO WASTE REMOVERS!!!! :tongue:

Sorry team no walking today!! I had work all day then zumba...was pouring by the time I got home :embarassed: anything I can do here at home to get my miles?? I did manage to drink plenty 104 oz. I am going to try to make up some mileage tomorrow, you guys are doing great!!!

I LOVE my coffee and I love it super sweet, I have switched to splenda and I love it but I also use vanilla creamer which is my weakness! But splenda is the best sweetner I have ever tried.:flowerforyou:
