I am doing the 200 sit-up challenge at the same time too, so I know how you feel!

I don't think it's odd -- I often use google and search when I have a medical question, I think it's the same type of thing. And if it sounds like something serious, most people will tell them to go to their doctor anyway!

If you're just starting out with exercising, it's good to give your body a day of rest here and there so the muscles can repair themselves. Some soreness is natural, but don't overdo it!

Sounds good!

I think you look great, but it's up to you! I"m 5'2" and aiming for somewhere in the 120-125 range, although I'm more concerned with being happy with what I see in the mirror, and being healthy and in shape, than I am with getting to a particular number.

Oh man.... I've been craving everything chocolate-y lately, and this might help!
-
Yum!! I think I might need to make these ASAP...

I haven't played any of the DLC yet... I did all of them for F3, but haven't had the time (or money) for this round...

You can add fiber as one of the things to track in your MFP diary, and you can adjust the settings based on how much fiber you want (MFP only tells me 14 or so, but I am for 25). Fruits and veggies are high in fiber but low in calories, or you can try a high-fiber cereal for breakfast to get some of that in. I also use…

I love tilapia! I usually bake it in a little foil tent with some lemon pepper seasoning or cajun seasoning, then serve it with rice and veggies.

Some almonds or a little bit of peanut butter/nutella on toast can add some quick calories.

I am going to be doing one in September. I just started a 5k training program, and am going to work on doing some more strength training too, so I'll hopefully be ready for it!

Sounds delicious!!!

That's awesome!! You deserve to be proud of yourself :) On a side note, I totally want to get a pair of Vibrams some day. Maybe a reward for reaching my goal weight?

I'm going to do the 200 sit-us challenge too -- why not?
-
Count me in! I'll have to test it, but I think right now I can do about 6, tops!

The achievements are one of my favorite things! One of my goals for 2011 is to try to pass my boyfriends gamerscore. Not sure it will happen, but I'll keep trying!

I'm a geek all over! I like video games (mostly RPGs), and although it may border between geeky/nerdy, I also love books. If I'm not at work teaching kids to read, I'm at other work selling books. Edit: I also would like to mention that I like sarcasm, silliness, AND chocolate! I also love baking, especially sweet things,…

my diet plan involves working long hours all weekend with no time to really go out anyway....

If you have one of those little sandwich making things (I don't know what they're called, but they're cast iron usually and two metal plates that fold together), you can make all sorts of sandwiches over the fire.

I agree too. I usually save some calories each day for a piece of chocolate or some sort of "treat'. I'm not so good at the restricting completely thing...
-
yum!

I totally cheated really bad today with chipotle and a beer because I've been having a crabby day. Every once in awhile won't hurt, just make sure you still get all of your water. If you're worried about going over on your calories a lot, just work out more that day.

I feel totally inspired to start lifting now :)

It's like glorious knowledge heaven. Instantly. At your fingertips. And all that other stuff :) Truly magical!

I'm a big fan of buying a bunch of chicken breasts, then boiling them and shredding it. Then I can have chicken throughout the week to throw into wraps (one of my most common meals!), or mini pizzas, tacos, etc.

What upcoming games this year is everyone most looking forward to? For me... The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is definitely on the top of my list, and close to my birthday.

I'll send a request your way too -- I'm Brittany
