XBL: britachu86 Steam: britachu86 I don't have internet at my apartment (sad), so the only time I'm online is weekends at my boyfriend's house.

I am 5'2.5" -- My goal weight is 120. I have a medium bone structure and would like to be toned/muscular, and I don't think I could get much smaller than 120 and still look "healthy", which is really what I want.

Hey guys/gals! I'm Brit, 25/f living in Oregon. Back on MFP after having been away from here for almost a year. Currently at about 130, high was 150 early last spring, and aiming for 120ish (5'2" of awesome here). I'm mainly a console gamer -- 360 mostly. Haven't had much in the way of "good" computers my whole life, and…

I count everything I eat -- especially if you eat quite a few fruits and veggies, the calories can add up. I had a salad for lunch, which had 100 of the calories came from the veggies, and another 38 from my peach. If you eat veggies or fruits at every meal, it could be a 2-300 calories difference (or more) at the end of…

Sounds good, I am in! Name/real name: britachu86 / Brit Goal weight on July 30: 130lbs

Not to me! I mean, I do tend to make healthier choices when it comes to fast food type stuff when I do it eat, but it's not that I don't like the taste anymore, it's that i realize "this is over half of my daily calorie goal -- is it really worth it?"

You look fabulous in that! I hope I have the confidence for shorts again some day...

I think it's "intended" to be done every day, but right now I'm also doing a 5k training program, and also give myself at least 1 rest day a week, if not 2, so I usually only do 30DS 2 or 3 times a week.

Peanut butter or almonds/other nuts, as someone else suggested, are calorie dense foods but still not "junk". Or if you want a little sweet and don't mind the extra sugars, put some nutella in your smoothie or on a slice of toast.

I can't wait until I get through my move and get settled into my new apartment in August -- only having 1 job and not being in school, I might actually have time to play video games again!

You said you are under your calories every day -- how far under? If you're not getting at least close to 1200 (which is the minimum you should have), your body might be reacting because of that.

That's awesome!
-
Sounds yummy!

I happen to love curry! I would throw in a little chicken for protein, and to make my meat-eater boyfriend happy since he doesn't seem to think that vegetables are a meal :P
-
bumping for reference -- I'm trying to transition my diet slowly :)

My boyfriend does it with me and he's sweating and complaining when we're done!
-
I chose lightly active because I am in food service and am standing all day, usually running back and forth doing random tasks.

Every scale is different. My scale at home is about a pound off from what the scale at my doctor's office says. Just pick one scale that you'll really focus on, and do all your weigh ins/check ins from that one scale.

I second what DJmom44 said... it looks like you are nowhere near eating enough. You're body is going to hold on to what it has because you aren't giving it enough fuel with the amount of exercise that you do.
-
Your best bet is to invest in a little scale for your kitchen. It makes figuring out portion sizes SOOO much easier!

Fabulous job!!! I'm on week 2 of my 5k training, and hope to at some point get my 5k time down to 30 mins. Music is definitely a great motivator :)

Awesome!!

If he saw you at the store buying cold meds/etc, then the only thing that should have done is confirmed you were sick. I can't imagine you'd get fired for buying medicine while sick...
-
I have eaten cooked chicken up to a week later -- that's how my boyfriend and I usually do it to make meals during the week easier, and we've never had a problem...
-
A wallet.
-
' Haha, I do the same thing. Nothing wrong with that!
-
I know! It's only a few weeks before my birthday.... early birthday present, anyone?

you can find "strength training" under cardio and enter it that way
