Olive oil

This may be a really stupid question.....I have always steamed my vegetables until recently I have been trying to add more good fats to my diet so I have been sauteing my vegetables with a tablespoon of olive oil, but I am not sure if the vegetable absorb all the oil enough so I need to add all the calories to my bank for the whole tablespoon. What do you all do? Do you count a while tablespoon or half?

Hm... I'd count 75% or more to be on the safe side.
I've read that steaming first and adding the olive oil later guarantees the highest nutritional benefit. Just a thought.0 -
I count it all. I'd rather be over than under!0

I'm the same as jennw10 -- I factor in the whole thing, since I'd rather estimate over than under, and it's hard to really figure out exactly how much you end up eating.0
