Thanks Jessica!! Right now I'm doing cardio boxing and core exercises! I do enjoy them...although they kick my *kitten*...I'm so winded after just a few mins. I enjoy doing Zumba or any dance for exercise... Its the most fun!! I also enjoy yoga... It helps your whole body inside and out!! :)
