How is this nonsense? With my protein powder, I get 20 G protein, 3.5 G fat, and 130 calories, when taken with water rather than milk. 20:3.5 is a dang good ratio if you ask me. There really is no such thing as a "diet pill". There are pills that speed up how fast your body burns calories and fat, but it also requires a strict and clean diet, along with cardio in order to truly cut fat and lose weight.
