I went over my calories by a couple hundred calories..but it was for bbqed tri tip, mashed potatoes and corn....and a big stick popsicle instead of the sweet potato pie. I paid for it on Monday though. I had to work my butt off!

I use this to..and LOVE it! For the calories burned, I put it into the calculator as Aerobics, general. I think it was 300 something. I ate about half of the calories..cause I am not sure that I burned 300+ in that 40 minutes.

ok..I am amazed. I am eating more than I use to eat. Who would have thunk 1200 calories plus exercise calories would be the answer. I am so tickled that the scale is finally going down. I have not been the bottom side of 155 in FOREVER!! ok..time to go eat again..LOL :glasses:
